“Saint Achillios was born in the 3rd century AD in the saint-filled region of Asia Minor, Cappadocia. His parents were Christian, pious, and wealthy. They had their son study under the best teachers in the region, and even more importantly, they made sure to plant deep faith in the one true God in his heart and, through their example, taught him to worship Christ.
Indeed, their efforts bore fruit, and from a young age, Achillios grew to love the Church dearly and...”
