Saint Olga of Alaska, a modern-day Saint; a Saint whose direct descendants are still alive today! Some of them were the first to acquire our books in Alaska, and thus a relationship was formed between her descendants and our family. Even before she was canonized, we had received the enthusiastic blessing of the local bishop to include her holy life in our "Little and Orthodox" series.
Today, more and more faithful invoke her intercessions. And it is not only pregnant women, those in labor, and new mothers, but also their devout husbands.
